Patrick Shober

My name is Patrick Shober and I am a planetary science PhD student at the Space Science & Technology Centre at Curtin University in Western Australia. I study asteroidal and cometary debris that impact the Earth. With this data, I try to figure out what it tells us about our solar system. What is it made of? How has it evolved over time? How does this information help us here on Earth?

I love my research, however, I also like to challenge myself and play with many other technical concepts. In my blog posts I go through parts of my research along with side quests of my own making that I find cool or interesting. In most of these posts I am not an expert, and I go through my process of messing around. Hope you enjoy!
